Legal Literacy, Surabaya, February 26, 2025. – The Faculty of Law of UPN "Veteran" East Java (UPN "Veteran" Jatim) successfully held the activity International Guest Lecture with the theme “Legal Aspects Of Construction Contracts In Indonesia And Malaysia”.

This guest lecture is one of the flagship programs of the Faculty of Law UPN "Veteran" Jatim by bringing in a Professor of Quantity Surveying (Quantity Surveying) Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia.

This event was held in hybrid at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Law UPN "Veteran" East Java and also broadcast via youtube to make it easier for students who are unable to attend in person to attend guest lectures.

The purpose of holding this international guest lecture is as a forum to provide academic and practical insights to students and lecturers regarding the relationship between construction technology and law between Malaysia and Indonesia.

Memorandum of Agreement Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia and Faculty of Law UPN "Veteran" East Java

The series of events from International Guest Lecturer was also in conjunction with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the Dean of the Faculty of Law UPN "Veteran" East Java by Dr. Ertien Rining Nawangsari, M.Si and representatives of Universiti Teknologi Mara Malaysia by Professor (SR) DR. Mohammad Fadhil M.

This event is expected to establish cooperation in the field of education between Malaysia and Indonesia, especially construction technology.
