JAKARTA, LITERASIHUKUM.COM — The Central Jakarta District Court acquitted Lokataru Executive Director Delpedro Marhaen Rismansyah along with three other defendants in a case of alleged incitement related to demonstrations that turned chaotic in August 2025. The three other defendants were Muzaffar Salim, Syahdan Husein, and Khariq Anhar. The decision was read during a hearing on Friday, 6 March 2026, by the panel of judges chaired by Harika Nova Yeri at the Central Jakarta District Court. 

In the operative part of the decision, the panel of judges declared that the defendants were not legally and convincingly proven to have committed the criminal act as charged by the public prosecutor in the alternative indictment. Therefore, the court decided to acquit the defendants of all charges from the prosecutor. This decision also overturned the prosecutor's demand, which previously sought a two-year prison sentence for the four defendants.
