In his verdict, the judge sentenced RE to 1 year and 6 months in prison. This sentence is the lightest among the other defendants who participated in the planned murder of Brigadier J. This sentence is also far beyond the prosecutor's demands, who asked the judge to hand down a sentence of 12 years in prison.
