For the answers that have been explained, the KPU requests the Court that in the exception to accept and grant all of the respondent's exceptions, and in the subject matter of the case to reject all of the petitioner's petitions and to declare the Decree of the General Election Commission Number 360 of 2024 correct.

In this case, there is a related party, namely the NasDem Party. In its statement, the related party stated that it agreed with the petitioner regarding the acquisition of votes according to the petitioner in the Donggala 4 Electoral District.

“Agreed with the petitioner, Your Honor, for the Donggala 4 Electoral District,” said Abdul Rahman as legal counsel for the related party.

Furthermore, related party stated that the allegations regarding the addition of votes at Polling Station (TPS) 005 of Sioyong Village, Dampelas Sub-district, were untrue and fabricated. What actually happened during the sub-district level plenary session on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the Multipurpose Building of Sabang Village, Dampelas Sub-district, Donggala Regency, was the discovery of a discrepancy between valid and invalid ballots and the number of voters who exercised their right to vote during the vote count/recapitulation at Polling Station 005 of Sioyong Village. After changes and corrections were made to the C.Hasil and C.Hasil copies, which were witnessed and approved by the Political Party Witnesses present, including the PDIP Party Witness on behalf of Moh. Ikbal, there was finally a match between valid and invalid votes and the number of voters who exercised their right to vote at Polling Station 005, totaling 179 valid votes.

Meanwhile, in the trial, Bawaslu stated that on February 23, 2024, during the Plenary Meeting for the Recapitulation of Vote Counting and Acquisition at the sub-district level, there was a difference between the number of voters who exercised their right to vote and the ballots used at Polling Station 08 of Donggala Kodi Village due to an error by the KPPS (Polling Station Working Committee) in filling out the C Hasil Plano. Based on an agreement between the Ulujadi PPK (Sub-district Election Committee), the Ulujadi Sub-district Panwaslu (Sub-district Election Supervisory Committee), and political party witnesses, a re-entry was carried out in SIREKAP, resulting in data changes.

“On February 23, 2024, during the Plenary Meeting for the Recapitulation of Vote Counting and Acquisition at the Sub-district Level, there was an event where the number of voters who exercised their right to vote differed from the ballots used at Polling Station 08 of Donggala Kodi Village due to an error by the KPPS in filling out the C Hasil Plano. Based on an agreement between the Ulujadi PPK, the Ulujadi Sub-district Panwaslu, and political party witnesses, an entry was made in SIREKAP, resulting in changes,” said Muh. Rasyidi Bakry, Representative of Bawaslu.

Furthermore, the Palu City Bawaslu was aware of an objection from the witness of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan) named Hearland Amri, which was submitted in writing to the Palu City KPU (General Election Commission) during the Plenary Session for the Recapitulation of Vote Counting and Acquisition at the Palu City Level on March 3, 2024, at 23:30 WITA. The objection was submitted when the Palu City Bawaslu came to the Palu City KPU office to request Form Model D. Special Events and/or Witness Objections-KPU on March 5, 2024.

In his objection, Hearland Amri stated that there were voters who should not have received the right to vote but were given Presidential ballots at Polling Station 08 of Donggala Kodi Village, Ulujadi Sub-district. In addition, he also stated that there were registered voters (DPT) who were only given one ballot at Polling Station 08 of Donggala Kodi Village, Ulujadi Sub-district, accompanied by a chronology and voter statements.

The Palu City KPU responded to the objection in writing by including a response on Form Model D. Special Events and/or Witness Objections. In its response, the Palu City KPU stated that they had received the witness's objection at 23:28 WITA on March 3, 2024.
