Furthermore, the KPU explained that none of the petitioner's arguments refuted and rejected the respondent's data on the number of votes obtained in accordance with the Decree of the General Election Commission Number 360 of 2024 concerning the Determination of the Results of the General Election of the President and Vice President, Members of the House of Representatives, Regional Representatives Council, Provincial Regional People's Representative Council, and Regency/City Regional People's Representative Council Nationally in the 2024 General Election regarding the election results of Members of the Palu City Regional People's Representative Council-Palu City Electoral District 4.

The KPU conveyed a response regarding the PDI-P's argument which stated that "in the name of voter Saudari Siti Masyitah, she was registered in the DPT and wanted to use her voting rights, but the KPPS only gave her one ballot paper, namely the presidential election ballot paper." The KPU emphasized that this statement was not true. The voter in question was not yet registered in the DPT at TPS 08, Donggala Kodi Village, Ulujadi District, Palu City, because Saudari Siti Masyitah had just moved to Palu City.

The KPU explained that the KPPS checked the DPT online and found that voter data in the name of Siti Masyitah was registered in the DPT TPS 006, Tugu Selatan Village, Koja District, DKI Jakarta Province, North Jakarta City. Therefore, in accordance with the advice of the witnesses and the Ulujadi District Panwaslu/Village Supervisory Officer, the ballot paper was given to the voter in question in accordance with the DPK data.

In addition to questioning the Palu City Electoral District 4, PDI-P also questioned the Donggala Regency Electoral District 4. According to the KPU, the accusation regarding the inflation of the Nasdem Party's vote acquisition in Donggala Regency Electoral District 4 by one vote is not true.
