Definition
A court that is tasked with and authorized to examine, adjudicate, and resolve cases at the first instance between Muslims in the areas of Marriage, Inheritance, between citizens and state administrative officials, Wills, and Grants; which are carried out based on Islamic law; Waqf and Sadaqah.
