PROBOLINGGO, Legal Literacy – The Prosecutor's Office has suspended the detention of Mohammad Hisabul Huda, an honorary teacher at SDN Brabe 1, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency, who was previously named a suspect in alleged corruption related to dual position salary as a Village Local Assistant (PLD). The Prosecutor's Office also stated that the case is under the control of the East Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) and the investigation will be terminated.

Anang conveyed that the control of the case is now under the East Java High Prosecutor's Office, with the handling policy referring to termination of investigation. One of the main considerations, said Anang, is that the state loss has been recovered amounting to Rp 118,861,000.
