Jakarta, Legal Literacy - A member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the PDI-P faction, Masinton Pasaribu, believes that discussions regarding the possible use of the right of inquiry to investigate alleged fraud in the 2024 General Election will be held in parliament by various political parties. According to him, the right of inquiry is considered a political strategy that can be used to prove alleged irregularities in the 2024 Presidential Election.

Masinton expressed this opinion in the "Satu Meja The Forum" program broadcast by Kompas TV on Wednesday evening, February 28, 2024. He also emphasized that the idea of using the right of inquiry did not only come from his current party, because personally, he had supported the proposal for the DPR to consider using the right of inquiry since the end of October 2023.
